How does the 21-day free trial work?
If you cancel a paying plan within 21 days of signing up you won't be charged a thing. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds will not be issued once a 21 day trial is expired and we don't prorate for partial months.
Do I get a free trial if I upgrade?
No, you only receive the free trial when you create your account. This allows you to import your affiliates and have access to our full-featured software. If you start with a free account and upgrade, you are not eligible for the 21-day free trial. The 21-day free trial on paying plans only applies if you sign up for a paying plan now. You can always downgrade before your trial is over.
How do I change plans?
Our plans have certain thresholds, they are campaigns, affiliates, and payouts. These thresholds ensure that your plan is fairly priced. Once you pass a limit for any of the factors you will be upgraded into the next tier.
Seems awfully expensive, don't you think?
Actually, our prices are currently well under the market price. Similar companies charge upfront costs of several hundred to $10,000. Others charge about 20-35% of your gross payout. Their $25,000 monthly payout account would cost 8x more than zferral!

Why should I have to pay for a bunch of affiliates who sign up and they don't even make me any money?
You shouldn't! You only have to pay for your active affiliates. In your panel, you can determine which affiliates are active. However, once you deactivate an affiliate, they will be notified they are not able to earn commission until they are reactivated.
What about campaigns?
Same deal! If campaigns are inactive then they are not counted toward your limit - if you go over your limit, you will be notified and have 24 hours to deactivate a different campaign.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
Absolutely not! There are no contracts, it's free to start, then pay-as-you-grow. Pay monthly, cancel anytime. There are no initiation fees, cancellation costs, license fees or any other charges that the out-of-the-box solutions tend to mix in for you.
How do I pay?
We take all major credit cards.
Is the payout limit for any affiliate or total?
The payout limits are for all affiliates.
Hey, the pricing was different when I signed up, what's the deal?
You will be 'grandfathered' into the pricing scheme the day you signed up. The new pricing may end up reducing your overall charge, if that is the case you will always pay the lesser amount!
